Do you offer custom sizes?

Yes, we provide custom sizes for all framed prints. Please send your enquiry and requested size to info@wanderingduoprints.com.au and we can send through a list of options.

Do you have physical stores I can visit?

Currently, we do not have a physical store where you can view our collection in person. All our pieces are custom printed and made to order. By keeping our overheads low, we can continue to offer our customers high-quality, competitively priced, and exclusive wall art.

Can I click and collect?

Unfortunately, we do not offer click and collect at this stage. That’s why we offer complementary shipping on all our Australian orders, arriving at your door.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please be aware that all our prints and artworks are custom made for each order. Once your order is confirmed, it is immediately sent to our print queue. We recommend reviewing the items in your cart carefully before placing your order, as we cannot change or offer exchanges once the order is in production. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately before the order is printed. However, cancellation is not guaranteed.

How do I know the status of my order?

After your payment has cleared, you will receive a confirmation email with your purchase receipt. Production will begin the same day or the next business day. Turnaround times vary depending on each product category. A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent as soon as your order is completed and ready for dispatch.

What is the total dimension of the framed prints?

The dimensions shown on our website are measurements of the physical print with the white border. Once framed, an additional 1.5cm is added to each side of the print.

How is the clarity on larger prints?

We ensure that all available print options have sufficient printing resolution. If an image is unsuitable for larger format prints, it will be listed as unavailable on our website.  Viewing distance affects clarity, and each print size has a minimum and maximum range that should be respected to optimize viewing quality. We suggest a viewing distance of at least 1 metre for large-size framed prints.

Will my purchase look like it does on your website?

The final printed image will closely resemble what you see online. Images on our website are from the same image file library we use to print your orders. However, the colour profile used for screens differs from the colour profile used for printing. Scanners, digital cameras, and computer monitors use red, green, and blue (RGB) light to display colour. Commercial printing presses use cyan, magenta, yellow, and black (CMYK) ink, called process printing.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently we only produce and ship framed prints within Australia. Please visit our official Etsy Store for unframed prints. We ship unframed prints worldwide!
